ГЕРПЕСВИРОЗ КОШЕК
(HERPESVIROSIS FELIS):
ЛЕЧЕНИЕ, РАЗВИТИЕ, ПРОГНОЗ

ДЕЗИНФЕКЦИЯ: Инфекционный агент сильно чувствителен к липолитическим растворителям, таким как 1:30 р-р гашенной извести. Могут быть использованы и четвертичные аммониевые соединения, фенолы, хлоргексидин и йодиды.

ЛЕЧЕНИЕ: эмпирическое и симптоматическое:
Для специфического лечения могут использоваться гипериммунные сыворотки,
Большее значение следует уделять профилактике: иммунизации вакцинами известных производителей, с высоким титром, гомологических, живых.

РАЗВИТИЕ: острое, но в зависимости от формы может пролонгировать до 3-5 недель, а также протекать латентно.

ПРОГНОЗ: для неонатального периода - неблагоприятный, для других возрастов - сомнительный и осторожный.
